Adult Clinics

We strongly believe that skiing should be an enjoyable family sport that everyone can partake in together. With this important philosophy in mind, we have thoughtfully designed a few effective strategies and programs to help adults get out, feel confident, and truly enjoy their time on the trails!

Beginner skate clinic with Tulie B.

January 25th 9:15-10:45

Designated to fall within Mavericks and Yetis timeframe this program is a 90 min course instructed by Tulie Budiselich. This clinic will be perfect for parents who have always thought about a lesson but never had the time to take one.

Participants must provide their own equipment.

Going Through the Gears with MNW

January 9,16,23,30: 5:30 pm-7:00pm

Come join us for a 4 weeks of skill progression beginning at the fundamentals of skate skiing and progressing through techniques that keep us moving down the trails. Cross-country has gears just like the transmission of a car and by the end of the 4-weeks attendees will come away with an understanding of key techniques and the tools they need to glide on snow anyway. This course will be taught as a small group and is aimed at beginner to intermediate skiers who are interested in focusing on the fundamentals. Participants must provide their own equipment and must bring a headlamp!

All proceeds from adult instruction directly support our mission getting kids on snow and using ski racing as a backdrop to create, resilient, independent, and strong skiers.
